Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Application Analyst Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for team delivery day-to-day operations of our digital banking platform, as well as conducting analysis to identify projects for improvement and growth in tech side. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive tech performance and product satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Core Funding Platform which include but not limited to Core Banking, Sharia Revenue Distribution Service both Project, Production Incident, and enhancement including BAU Changes
  • Establish partnership with relevant stakeholder and collaborate with other System Owner for end-to-end integration
  • Responsible for planning and coordinating the processes required for the provision of user applications and systems necessary for business operations related to Core Funding Platform Domain
  • Defining the KPI and aligning the set objectives to general objectives and strategies together with Head of Application Management - Core Funding & Payment Platform
  • Setting/assuring budget and human, financial, material resource needed for a good development and support of the domain activity
  • Ensure compliance with Aladin's Policy and Standards, local laws, regulation and controls and procedures of the Bank
  • Support to deliver audit request and ensure NO High Risk in Regulator, External, and Internal Audit Finding
  • To ensure all applications server will comply with Bank's standard security
  • Oversee day-to-day team deliverable, lead problem solving, encourage team to focus on issues at hand and actively coaching them as needed in task delivery
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Evaluate and communicate technical risk and ensure projects are delivered against a schedule with highest quality
  • Liaise with related vendor for prompting rectification of any problem and/or emergency cases

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Minimum 8 years direct experience managing Core Funding Platform Domain
  • Solid Experience managing project and implementation of application solutions
  • Advanced knowledge in Core Funding Platform Domain
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Sharp analytical abilities
  • Team work and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
