Job Summary:
As a Business Risk Control, your primary role will be controlling the business needs based on policies, procedures and standard form used in the bank business/operational activities. During our business/operational activities, you will need to work together with multiple stakeholders within and outside of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating Bank policies and procedures into the latest format as well add additional policies required together with the owner's work unit.
- Collaborate with business work units to develop policies and new or revised procedures in accordance with product and/or activity plans/initiatives new.
- Coordinate with Risk Management and Compliance work units for ensure all applicable regulatory requirements are contained in policies and appropriate procedures.
- Align and update policies and procedures, and submit approvals via the head to the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners in a timely manner.
- Maintain historical versions of each policy and procedure in accordance with requirements for storing bank records and/or documents, both soft copy and hard copy.
- Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, standard forms used in implementing the Bank's business/operational activities and ensuring all employees and/or customers and/or external parties using standard forms and documents consistent and up to date
- Administer all internal Bank regulations in soft copy and hard copy
- Carry out other duties according to the instructions of the direct superior or relevant Director.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Have a minimum of 2 (two) years experience in the field of handling business risk control/Risk Management/Compliance/Policy and Procedure takes priority in sharia banking and/or financial technology company.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, Information Technology or other relevant fields of science.
