Job Summary:
As the Head of Business Planning and Revenue Assurance, Financing, your primary role will be building a successful product that can answer both customers and business needs. During the strategizing and creation of the product, you will need to work together with multiple stakeholders within and outside of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, develop financing business models and sharia financing product schemes that are in line with the company's overall objectives, including creating segmentation strategies, product ranges, pricing structures, revenue projections and relevant campaign models
- Manage the Financing product portfolio within its vertical and relevant key metrics
- Explore a range of additional product offerings & revenue streams for Financing products
- Maintain & expand relationships with key strategic partners for Financing initiatives
- Ensure that all financing products in the portfolio comply with relevant sharia economic regulations and laws. By reviewing and maintaining the process of all related documents (SKU/SKK/SOP/Forms) approved by DPS/Compliance/Legal/Senior Management
- Ensure regular competitor analysis and multi-market comparisons within the scope
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus
- Minimum 8 years work experience in the Banking industry
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling a range of Sharia Financing products
