Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manager Risk Portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day risk operations of our digital banking platform, as well as conducting analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive business performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement MIS, Portfolio Quality Report (PQR), dashboards, risk segmentation and Provisioning to provide senior management with timely and accurate information on portfolio performance across various segments.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance, Risk Triggers, and provide guidance and recommendations to senior management on areas for improvement.
- Utilize analytical programming to implement automated data processing workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and consistency while handling large datasets.
- Create informative and visually appealing dashboards that able to translate complex credit risk insights into easy-to-understand visual representations.
- Able to understand credit policies and configure underwriting rules such as RAC changes and score cutoff into Credit Decision Engine.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to credit risk analysis. Propose and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency and accuracy of credit risk assessment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science) or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in credit risk portfolio management and MIS Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Team player with excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail. Have effective communication skills for presenting technical insights to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in SAS and/or SQL for advanced data manipulation and analysis, with the ability to develop scripts and automate tasks
- Hands on experience with maintenance and configuration of Credit Decision Engine
- Experience with dashboard visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, Metabase, Power BI, etc.
- Previous experience with data automation, ETL processes, and Python programming is a significant advantage
