Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the execution of key account sales projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate closely with the key account sales team to understand their specific needs, objectives, and requirements. Provide project management support and guidance to ensure successful delivery of projects and alignment with key account strategies.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and enhancement within the key account sales department. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key account-related projects. Ensure timely updates on project status, milestones, and any issues that may impact key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into key account sales performance, project progress, and key performance indicators.
  • Build strong relationships and foster effective communication channels to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in key account management and project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in project management, preferably in key account sales or business development. Experience in a PMO role is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights. Proficiency in using project management software and tools, as well as data analysis tools such as Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with key account stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-solving orientation and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
