Job Summary:
As the Product Manager, your primary role will be building a successful product that can answer both customers and business needs. During the strategizing and creation of the product, you will need to work together with multiple stakeholders within and outside of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, which has incorporated inputs from relevant stakeholders
- Participate in the initial concept development of the product to ensure the proposed product will fit to the user needs at the same time provides business value
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
- Participate in the document development to obtain license from the respective regulator
- Building a complete and thorough product documentation (including: New Product Introduction, Product Wiki) and leading the socialization to the internal stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the product post-go-live, and conduct the iteration plan
Qualifications
- A self starter, having strong initiative and ability to adapt new challenges and ideas
- Having a genuine curiosity mindset, supported by strong analytical & scientific thinking skill
- Strong problem solving skill
- Attention to detail as well as ability to see the big picture
- Strong research knowledge both qualitative as well as quantitative
- 3+ years experience in product management
