Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager. For this position, you will articulate and implement organizational strategies for selling products or services, develop forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at specific price levels to ensure profitability, and actively seek out key customers and form good relationships with key influencers and buyers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve third party funding targets that have been determined by management through managing customer funding portfolios, sales of payroll products and customer base growth.
  • Search for, approach potential customers, maintain and improve strong relationships with company customers
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for bank products to potential customers.
  • Review company practices to ensure customers receive maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
  • Educate and inform customers about the company's comprehensive products, special offers, and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and propose appropriate solutions to each customer problem efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways to increase customer satisfaction
  • Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets customer expectations
  • Oversee the customer relationship management system and maintain the company's relationship with customers
  • Monitor competitor company strategies

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Sharp analytical abilities

  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Islamic finance principles is a plus
